

Guidelines for Fully-Rendered Pencil Commission
Be sure to mention:

Your name, zip code (for shipping calculations), and contact info

How soon you would like your commission started (if immediately, say so). For completion time estimates, click here.

An overall description of your commission (if an illustrated portrait, if an outdoor scene, etc.) 
- 
The title(s) of any existing pieces on the site similar to your idea and which aspects you like 
- 
The total size of your commission (please, no larger than 18" x 24") 
- 
Any animals present 
- 
Pose, age, and clothing of any human subjects 
- 
The time period 
- 
Any objects present, especially difficult-to-render ones (glass, water, mirrors, other drawings or paintings, foliage or flowers, etc.) 
Also important:
- 
Will you require additional photo references besides those you provide? That is, do you have photo references (for which you own the rights) for everything present in the drawing? 
- 
Would you like to set up a photoshoot to obtain custom and quality photo references for your drawing? 
- 
Do you have a definite layout or would you like help setting up your drawing? A little sketch, no matter how unfinished, is always very helpful! 
Don't worry about every detail, this is only a proposition; if your commission is accepted, you will work with
the artist to finalize your commission.
